Autumn Star graphics may only be
used for a personal web page, small business
(no more than 4 employees with annual
gross income under 150K) or a not-for-profit
web site. Any party using the graphics
may not use them in the engagement of
creating pornography (soft or hard core),
promotion of violence, prejudice, racism
or offensive material as defined by reasonable
standards.

Graphics from the Autumn Star Domain may
not be used in ANY type of collections
for distribution either for free or profit.
Autumn Star.com has sole distribution
rights.

In the event of use on a web site, linkware
means that a small, hyperlinked, credit
should be offered at the bottom of each
web page incorporating Autumn Star graphics;
the hyperlink should be to Autumn Star.com

Graphics must be saved on your own hard
drive and uploaded to your own web site's
host server for online use.
Please
do not steal bandwidth. Download each

"Stealing bandwidth", along
with the unauthorized collection and redistribution
of free graphics, is an unkind thing to
do to the many nice people who offer their

heard of companies that steal graphics
from internet sites, collect them on CDs,
then, sell them to the public or include
with company software. This is being done
without permission from, credit for and
compensation to the original creative
artists.
We
have even heard first-hand accounts by
artists/photographers describing how ,perversely,
the most reknowned software corporations
have engaged in such theft even while
loudly complaining about pirating of their
own software.
