I was the kind of kid that cats "followed" home from school!

• "Gee, Mom! He just followed me home.

• No, I don't know where he lives; we can't just leave him outside all night!

• Gosh, a kitten like that won't know his way back home.

• I can't help it if he followed me."

Once astray, they'd have to stay! Cats began "adopting" us when I was in the third grade.
Warning!! Don't try those lines on your Mom unless you're sure she has a soft spot for animals! Remember, the kitten has to follow you the last 100 yards to your door on his own four paws.
Now, we have a dog and two cats. Our Lhasa Apso is named Scooby. He gets along very well with Lindy, a grey tabby, and Mimi, a calico.
